Job Description
- Oversee daily kitchen administration, including schedules, inventory, and documentation.
- Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation procedures across all kitchen areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and staff training on food safety standards (FSMS).
- Maintain accurate records for temperature control, cleaning schedules, and pest management.
- Support the Executive Chef and culinary team in audits, purchasing, and cost control tasks.
- Ensure full compliance with local health regulations and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Certified in Food Safety Management (FSMS).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
