Job Description
- Greet all arriving guests at the airport with a warm, professional welcome.
- Assist guests with immigration procedures, luggage handling, and transfer arrangements (speedboat, seaplane, or domestic flight).
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with the resort’s Front Office and Transfer team to ensure smooth logistics.
- Escort guests to the lounge or transfer terminal and ensure comfort during waiting time.
- Provide assistance to departing guests, ensuring timely check-in and farewell according to brand standards.
- Maintain real-time communication with the resort team regarding guest movements, flight schedules, and delays.
- Update daily arrival and departure reports, and share them promptly with the Front Office and Reservations team.
- Coordinate with transfer providers (seaplane, domestic airlines, and speedboat operators) for accurate scheduling.
- Liaise with local authorities and airport representatives to ensure all procedures comply with regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding transfers, resort facilities, and services.
- Manage VIP and repeat guest arrivals with personalized attention and efficiency.
- Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction before departure from the airport.
- Represent the resort’s image with professionalism, maintaining a neat appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Maintain accurate guest records, manifests, and transfer logs.
- Ensure all arrival/departure documentation and internal reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Report any irregularities, delays, or complaints to the Front Office or Guest Relations Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in front office, airport operation ; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
- A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Has strong decision-making abilities and able to work in long hours.
