• Diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, cool rooms, cold rooms, chillers, and bottle coolers.
• Perform regular checks to ensure optimal cooling and ventilation of AC systems and refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical malfunctions in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and
• valves.
• Ensure all cooling systems are energy-efficient and compliant with local regulations.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of new AC systems, refrigeration units, and cooling
• rooms.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for AC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain log books and log sheets for all maintenance activities.
• Maintain required spare quantities based on consumption patterns and usage.
• Ensure assets, tools, and spares are safely used and reused where necessary to minimize
• maintenance costs.
• Respond to emergency requests for malfunctioning AC systems and cooling equipment.
• May be required to perform other duties outside your regular job responsibilities when
• management needs assistance.

• Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or HVAC Systems.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of HVAC electrical controls, and the ability to handle refrigerants safely.
• HVAC Technician Certification.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Must possess effective time management skills
• Must have an optimistic approach to guide, counsel the employees in pressure.
