What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
• Deliver outstanding customer service to rental enquiries
• Conduct routine, entry, exit, and open home inspections
• Build strong tenant relationships with clear, effective communication
• Support leasing processes and property handovers
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with reliable trades
• Use Console Cloud to streamline property management

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (excluding superannuation)

Expected hours: 38 hours per week

Location: Minor Hotels Head Office - 266 George St, Brisbane City QLD 4000

• Current QLD Property Management Registration
• Class 2 licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1)
• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• A relationship-driven communicator with strong time management
• In-depth knowledge of property legislation and best practices
• Proactive, independent and team-oriented
• Availability for limited Saturday work (only when required)
