Job Description

The Social Media Professional will develop and execute social media strategies for the designated/assigned properties within the cluster, to maximize brand awareness and engagements at the brand level in key social media channels.

The incumbent will work with strategic partners to drive fan engagements and online business in order to achieve brand-level goals, while ensuring voice-and-tone and social content is aligned with our brand values.

  • Manage social media communities on key platforms
  • Execution and optimization – to maximize brand value and drive business impact
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business
  • Proofread, copy edit, and write social media content that is engaging to our customer base and still complies with branding guidelines
  • Develops and executes aggressive social media campaigns for social media channels to drive fan acquisition and maximize engagement
  • Manage third-party agencies for campaign delivery, ensuring quality and timely deliverables
  • Have attention to detail from campaign execution & measurement to managing the process (budgets, payment, workflow)
  • Works with the PR team to manage blogger outreach to build an active key opinion leaders network to drive brand advocacy
  • Works with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that the social media channel is appropriately engaged for corporate advertising activities
  • Identify digital media technology and social network marketing trends and how they can improve brand favorability, improve consumer experience and company’s investment in social media and content marketing

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English-Thai bilingual).
  • Minimum 2 years of digital and social media experience in PR firms or specialized social media agencies.
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of communications to the analytical side to be able to demonstrate ideas.
  • Displays knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective user behaviors, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other team members, when necessary, on content development, campaign ideation, and online reputation management.
  • Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, process & result oriented and possess problem-solving skills working with multiple teams/agencies/vendors.
