Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Casual Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort.
About the role:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day repairs and property upkeep, supporting both guest rooms and common areas to ensure the resort is safe, functional, and looking its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist with property maintenance and repair work
- Coordinate and monitor external contractors
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in safe working order
- Maintain a clean and safe environment across the resort
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or trade experience (hospitality or resort environment desirable)
- Skilled across basic repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive, team-oriented approach
