We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Casual Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort.

About the role:

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day repairs and property upkeep, supporting both guest rooms and common areas to ensure the resort is safe, functional, and looking its best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with property maintenance and repair work
• Coordinate and monitor external contractors
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in safe working order
• Maintain a clean and safe environment across the resort

• Previous maintenance or trade experience (hospitality or resort environment desirable)
• Skilled across basic repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive, team-oriented approach
