Elysia Wellness Retreat, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our passionate team. 

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll provide attentive and friendly service across our restaurant, retreat dining experiences, and events, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional food and beverage service with a warm, welcoming approach
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness of dining areas
• Assist with set-up, service, and pack-down of meals and events
• Focus on creating memorable guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• RSA certification (required)
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Passion for wellness and guest service
• Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and evenings
