Job Description

Join Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort as our Housekeeping Supervisor and lead a dedicated team in one of Australia’s most picturesque alpine destinations.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring our apartments and resort facilities are presented to the highest standard for every guest. You’ll provide guidance and training to the housekeeping team while working closely with the Resort Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standards
  • Coordinate daily room allocations and workload management
  • Train, motivate and support team members to achieve excellence
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
  • Manage stock control of cleaning supplies and linen
  • Assist with rostering and ensuring team efficiency
  • Uphold workplace safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping supervisory or team leader experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
  • Positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
