• Manages the distribution and care of employee uniforms
• Ensures uniforms are clean and well-maintained
• Oversees inventory management of uniform stock, including ordering and replenishment
• Coordinates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of uniform orders
• Implements and maintains a uniform tracking system
• Conducts regular quality checks on uniforms and resolves any issues
• Trains staff on proper uniform care and maintenance procedures
• Develops and enforces uniform policies and guidelines
• Manages uniform budget and cost-control measures

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent field with minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in hospitality
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and analytical skills for inventory management and reporting
• Proven track record in laundry operations and textile care management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and management
• Thorough understanding of uniform policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
