Job Description
- Manages the distribution and care of employee uniforms
- Ensures uniforms are clean and well-maintained
- Oversees inventory management of uniform stock, including ordering and replenishment
- Coordinates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of uniform orders
- Implements and maintains a uniform tracking system
- Conducts regular quality checks on uniforms and resolves any issues
- Trains staff on proper uniform care and maintenance procedures
- Develops and enforces uniform policies and guidelines
- Manages uniform budget and cost-control measures
- Addresses employee concerns and inquiries regarding uniforms
- Collaborates with department heads to ensure uniform compliance across the organization
- Stays updated on industry trends and recommends improvements to uniform programs
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent field with minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in hospitality
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and analytical skills for inventory management and reporting
- Proven track record in laundry operations and textile care management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and management
- Thorough understanding of uniform policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
