Assistant Security Manager will assist the Security Manager in creating and overseeing the whole resort security and safety as well as directing control and coordinating all security activities ensuring that Property’s facilities, buildings and equipment and guest and their property are safe from malicious damage or theft in the absence of the Security Manager. 

Overseeing Security operations to include supervision and training of the Security Guards to maintain the safety and correct procedure in the absence of the Security Manager.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or equivalent, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Honest with a high level of integrity.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Knowledge of security protocols and regulations
• Good English communication skills in both written and oral
