• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning floors, and sanitising surfaces
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, and extractor fans
• Assist chefs with food preparation, ingredient management, and FIFO practices
• Keep work areas tidy and organised, ensuring proper storage of kitchen equipment
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods and assist with events as needed
• Adhere to hygiene standards and safety protocols at all times

• At least 5 O Levels including English Language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
