Job Description
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure prompt service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service, operations, and professional conduct.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and menus to provide accurate and timely assistance to guests.
- Rigorously follow safety protocols and uphold work area standards at all times.
- Master and accurately utilize Point of Sale equipment and related procedures.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by Management to achieve optimal guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possession of a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Service or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 O' Levels is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a comparable position is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning and customer care is crucial.
- Meticulous attention to detail, unwavering honesty, and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision are imperative.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tolerance, patience, and a genuine care for others, are non-negotiable.
