Join our team at a prestigious resort in Mai Khao, Thailand, as a Part-Time Bell Attendant. In this role, you'll be the friendly face greeting our guests and ensuring their stay starts and ends on a high note. We're looking for a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and room features
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information about local attractions
• Manage luggage storage for arriving and departing guests
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Assist with parking and valet services when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
• Support other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction

• Strong communication skills with fluency in both Thai and English
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and information
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of the local area and popular attractions in Mai Khao and surrounding regions
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• First aid certification is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
