As a recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting talented persons who make a difference within Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. You will ensure a personalized and efficient recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to conducting interviews and guiding new employees. You will work closely with departments to find the right candidates. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from the initial contact to the signing of the contract.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and posting job advertisements on our recruitment channels.
• Actively sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn.
• Managing applications and conducting interviews with potential team members.
• Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Analyzing recruitment results and ensuring continuous improvement of the process.
• Attending recruitment events at hospitality schools, both domestic and international, to inspire students about career opportunities within Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam.
• Setting up and further developing Employer Branding projects.

• Productive, confident, and professional attitude.
• Integrity and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably within the hotel industry
