The Director of Rooms is responsible for overseeing the overall management and operations of the Rooms Division, which includes Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Bell Team. This role ensures a seamless and exceptional guest experience while driving profitability and optimizing operational efficiency. The Director of Rooms is also accountable for team member development, setting departmental goals, and maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge and Bell operations. 
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional guest service skills and ability to manage guest relations.
