We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Engineering Coordinator to join our team. As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering projects and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

• Coordinate and track multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, reports, and presentations
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings and specifications
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
• Manage and update project management software to track progress and deadlines
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for engineering projects
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items
• Support the development and implementation of engineering processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project success

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in engineering coordination or related field
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of engineering processes and terminology
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
