Your exciting mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

• Becoming a reservation rockstar, processing booking requests faster than you can say "coconut cocktail"
• Playing Tetris with our bookings, ensuring every puzzle piece fits perfectly without any oopsies
• Mastering the art of hotel policies like a smooth-talking secret agent
• Transforming into a walking, talking encyclopedia of our tropical paradise and its awesome deals
• Granting wishes like a hospitality genie, making sure our guests' dreams come true
• Becoming the ultimate matchmaker, connecting guests with their perfect island getaway
• Spreading the love by promoting our other slice-of-heaven properties

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Familiarity with hotel operations technology, including Revenue Management Systems (RMS)
• Understanding of distribution channels in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of regional and local markets, competitors, and destination events
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Familiarity with the Maldives as a tourist destination is a plus
