Job Description
- Oversee and manage the inventory for Anantara Resort.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to ensure the availability of necessary supplies while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Coordinate the supply chain activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to stores and from stores to various departments.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to inventory and procurement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in stores operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure that the stores area is well-organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain management in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
