Job Description
Exemplary Cleaning Standards: Housekeeping attendants are responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas. This includes meticulous attention to detail in cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine environment.
Attention to Detail in Guest Room Preparation: Each guest room or suite must be prepared with precision and attention to detail. Housekeeping attendants ensure that amenities are replenished, linens are crisp and immaculate, and furnishings are arranged to perfection, creating an inviting and luxurious ambiance for guests.
VIP Service: In a 5-star hotel, guests often expect personalized and VIP treatment. Housekeeping attendants may be tasked with special requests such as arranging floral displays, preparing turndown service with chocolates and amenities, or providing additional services to enhance the guest experience.
Coordination with Other Departments: Housekeeping attendants collaborate closely with front desk staff, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
