Job Description

This role sits within the  Marketing & Communications team and will work closely with the Marketing Director to devise and implement (traffic and data) acquisition strategies. The role's main responsibility will be to drive a quality audience to visit and engage with Anantara digital platforms: web, mobile and social in order to hit transactional revenue targets.
Digital Marketing:

  • Make digital a strategic part of the entire customer journey for our products and services
  • Responsible for the e-commerce capabilities
  • Leveraging ‘Owned’ Media via various tools/analytics, creative optimizations, and form page optimizations
  • Owning the Funnel management - both volume and efficiency aspects to meet the monthly targets
  • Track and monitor performance of the media buy such as paid search, SEO and demonstrate ROI and the value of marketing to the organization
  • Provides holistic view of acquisition and usage of the digital marketing products
  • Identify and ensure opportunities in targeting as well as lead conversions
  • Reporting of budget forecasts and actual to ensure spend discipline is maintained across all channel

Social Media Marketing:

  • Provide valuable content (i.e. infographics, blogs) and field discussions about how to improve our products and services
  • Engage in a two-way conversation with our audience and community
  • Represent our audience and community, create engaging content and do the talking most of the time, but at the same time be an effective listener and communicator working alongside our internal support team
  • Create networks and build the community to earn our target markets’ trust and influence them to identify with our brand
  • Ability to communicate seamlessly. Research, follow trends and produce informative content (content creator) that are easy to consume and spread, and add value to our audience and community

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Hotel Management
  • Minimum 2 years- experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
  • Proven knowledge of creating, leading and managing fundamental and complex projects to tight deadlines
  • Experience of managing and motivating a team along with evidence of driving successful team results
  • Understanding of Social Media dynamics, Content, Creative, Ads, Engagement and analyzing performance
  • Familiar with key Digital Marketing Agencies
  • Able to coordinate and facilitate Photoshoots to create Storyboad content
  • Outstanding communication skills in all areas of writing, listening and speaking English.
