Job Description

The Civil Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all civil engineering and maintenance activities at the resort. This role involves managing a team, ensuring the structural integrity of buildings, coordinating landscaping, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all resort buildings and facilities, including structural components, roofing, and waterproofing systems.
  • Manage the maintenance of all landscaping areas, including lawns, gardens, trees, and shrubs.
  • Inspect and maintain the exterior facades of buildings, including painting, waterproofing, lighting and cleaning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all civil and finishing elements.
  • Lead and supervise a team of civil technicians, finishing tacticians, landscaping team and casual labors if there.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget related to his assigned area.
  • Ensure that all work is performed to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS word, excel and PowerPoint)
