Job Description
As a Villa Host at Anantara Lawana you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and exceeds their expectations. Your role involves anticipating guest needs, providing expert concierge services, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will anticipate and fulfill our guests' every need with a sophisticated touch, offering expert concierge services that reflect an intimate understanding of their desires. From the moment of arrival, you will provide a gracious welcome, seamlessly guiding guests through a comprehensive orientation of their villa and the resort’s amenities.
Your duties extend beyond the ordinary, including the coordination of all guest requests, from dining arrangements and spa appointments to personalized itineraries that reflect individual preferences. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that every interaction is marked by discretion and elegance. Your commitment to excellence will guarantee that our guests' experiences are not only memorable but truly extraordinary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Computer skills in PMS Opera / Opera Cloud
