Job Description

As a Guest Service Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional communication services for our guests and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring seamless communication within the hotel, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or guests.
  • Make outgoing calls as requested by guests or hotel staff, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the switchboard system, ensuring proper functionality at all times.
  • Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Relay messages and deliver information accurately to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area, adhering to hotel policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or telecommunications is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using telephone systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
