We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
• Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Work Tuesday to Saturday, 20 hours minimum with the potneital to lead to Full tiem work. 

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
• A passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications.
