We are seeking a skilled and friendly barista to join our Anantara Qasr Al Sarab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving coffee and other beverages, as well as preparing and presenting a variety of pastries and snacks. The barista will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that the cafe or coffee shop maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.

As a Barista you will promote coffee consumption of the resort by storytelling, upselling, and by monitoring the beverage service.

Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards, following recipes and quality guidelines.

Monitor coffee bean freshness and maintain equipment for optimal coffee extraction.
Implement quality control measures to consistently deliver premium coffee products.

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations for at least 1 year, luxury hotel experience must.
• Passion for excellent service
• Excellent team player and great communication skills
