MDL produces a variety of premium ice cream products and toppings for food brands under Minor Food such as Swensen's, Dairy Queen and Burger King, as well as supplying the same quality ingredients to leading customers outside the group - Minor Cheese Limited
MCL produces a wide range of cheeses and cheese blends including mozzarella, cheddar, string cheese, Parmesan, mascarpone, cream cheese and sour cream. MCL is not only a key supplier to various restaurant operations of its parent, Minor Food, but is also a major supplier to companies in the Thai and regional food services sector.
Job Description
Job Purpose:
To co-ordinate & well-plan of selling company’s product both internal & external customers and make sure that the products can definitely meet customer needs with 100 % customer satisfaction following within the business development department & company policy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle export customer business on day to day operation.
- Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.
- Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
- Responsibility to check & follow up P.O. (Purchasing order) from customers.
- Seek information from internal and external sources and prepare reports in required formats by monthly update (e.g. market trends, price index, competition, product innovation, packaging and so forth).
- Consolidate and validate data from teams to prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Prepare reports, presentation, documents, or other materials as requested.
- Analysis of Monthly / Yearly, and the supervisors consider a Key Performance Indicator of the agency and the promotion track to meet its objectives
- Work on ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Robust sales analysis capabilities.
- Initiatives in response to customer demand and keep pace with market trends.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong Leadership.
- Great computer and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive and travel between Bangkok and Nakornratchasima a few time a week.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high creativity.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing Food Science. Food Technology or related
Experience:
- More than 7-10 years experienced in the management of customer service or Sales and business development in the food industry
