Laundry Manager is responsible for

• Ensure that that the work of the Laundry is aligned with the hotel strategy, and that everyone working in Laundry understands the strategy.
• Liaise with HR over all employee matters including recruitment and interviewing.
• Coach and guide new members of the team, with proper orientation training.
• Put in place effective ongoing training and development for team members. 
• Control payroll and business expenses of the department.
• Develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department and positive relations with other departments.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English Language. 
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a preferably in a 5-star hotel in Maldives.
• A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
