Job Description

  • Maintain and manage the resort's network/telecommunication infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, PABX and VPN.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain critical systems, including Opera, Micros, Sun system, MC, and other applications related to hospitality industry.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches including Microsoft operating systems.
  • Support to new implementations including system upgrades, network expansions, and technology implementations.
  • Ensure task completion on time, within Minor standards, and meet quality of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and system changes, also prepare and submit regular reports includes IT operations, and incidents.
  • Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports that required for yearend audit.
  • Assist with technology needs for events, conferences, and other special guest related activities.
  • Must have an experience in IPTV/IP Phone environment.
  • Experience in GPON network is required.
  • Respected involvement of day-to-day hotel operation is must.
  • Proper communication with the IT vendors is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, also IT related bachelor’s degree will be beneficial for selection.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT - hospitality industry, at least 2 years in a supervisory or higher leadership role will be beneficial for selection.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of network and server management, including experience with Cisco, HP/Aruba, Ruckus, and similar technologies.
  • Certification related to network will be beneficial for selection.
  • Proficiency in managing PMS, POS, MC and other hospitality related systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Also, Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays as operation needed.
