Minor Hotels operates five hotels in Doha under the brands Anantara, Tivoli and Oaks, for which Finance Shared Services are currently being established and implemented. 

• Daily collection of dropped envelops from the drop safe from hotels.
• Count and tally collected cash and prepare the GC reports daily and report variations if any.
• Prepare deposit slip based on the collection and deposit the cash and AR cheques daily.
• Collect the Forex, validate the genuineness of the forex collected, match the receipt with currencies collected, exchange it and deposit at bank.
• Disburse change to Front office and Outlets daily.
• Disburse Petty cash and prepare Petty cash report and pass the JV to back-office system.
• Prepare internal Cash Float contracts and disburse fund and monitor the float regularly.
• All the treasury and banking need to be managed.
• Any other work requested by Finance Managers or DOF time to time.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting / finance (Master’s Degree is a plus).
• At least 2-3 years in similar role.
• Excellence in English communication and computer literacy.
• strong communication and presentation skills.
