We are currently looking for a Live In Caretaker to join our friendly and professional team at Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa. The Caretaker will be required to be available for caretaking duties from 8.30pm - 6.30am, 7 days a week (shared between 1 or 2 Caretakers).

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitate any late arrivals for check-in
• Respond to emergencies in the building during the evenings
• Respond to noise complaints
• Complete the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
• Apply all procedures as advised by the company to the Caretaker as being required
• Ensure all information is handed over to the company’s oncoming staff for the next shift

• Previous Front Office experience in a Hotel environment
• Effective, honest and professional communication
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
• A high level of self-motivation and confidence
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Availability to complete Caretaking duties 7 days a week, including on public holidays
