Join Oaks Wellington Hotel as our Full time Demi Chef/ Chef De Partie.

• Work alongside and support kitchen team members 
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Maintain stock control and ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Devise new menu items in consultation with Head Chef
• Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends.

To be successful you will have:

• Certificate III cookery qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Good communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking.
• Able to work in Grill/Larder Section 
• Pastry/Bakery experience will a bonus.
• Able to work flexibly as per the roster in all the operations: Lunch, Breakfast & Dinner.
