The Resident Marine Biologist is responsible and accountable for all functions and activities related to marine and island-life biology including guest and staff education programs, biological consultancy and monitoring.

• •Bachelor Degree in Marine Biology, Biology, Zoology, Ecology or related field is required

  •At least 2 years hands-on experience in the same role in a luxury resort or research institutions, conservation organizations

  •Maldives experience is an advantage

  •Proficient in creating and developing activities related to marine and island-life biology including guest and team members education programs, biological consultancy and monitoring

  •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

  •Has a passion for marine and conservation

  •Flexible and has a CAN-DO attitude

Must have at least 2 years of work experience in similar role, preferably in a remote island or resort.
