Royal Garden Plaza is established as Pattaya’s leading retail, entertainment and hospitality complex. A combination of recent upgrades and new entertainment attractions will continue to ensure that Royal Garden Plaza remains a premium destination in Pattaya for retailers to locate their stores or restaurants.

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the facility through the efficient management of direct and indirect services. Monitoring building operation, maintenance and security system, monitoring administration, and technical site team members for efficiently running the facility. Ensuring that all operating procedures for the facility run efficiently including security, fire safety, emergency, and evaluation procedures. Being responsible for the care of the grounds, buildings, facilities and structures associated with the building.

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other related field.
- At least 5 years in property management, shopping mall, or building engineering
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proactive, initiative, result-oriented with pleasant personality, service-minded, good team leader, and able to work under pressure
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Experienced with AutoCAD is an advantage
