Oversee the operations of Drift Spa to ensure that guest experience, financial performance and team administration, development and welfare are as per the standards of Niyama. Creates and executes development projects for Drift Spa with the assistance of Resort Manager. 

•Minimum 3 years work experience in the same role in a luxury hotel/resort

•Maldives experience is an advantage

•Ability to strategically direct and manage the spa operations.

•Has an exceptional guest interaction skills

•Possess an excellent marketing and sales strategies and the ability to upsell Spa services and retails.

•Strong leadership skills

•Strong experience in wellness and ayurvedic treatments

•Flexible; passionate and focused
