Job Description
As a banquet/event sales executive you will be responsible for responding, providing administrative and service support to all event/banquet inquiries by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to enter bookings in a systematic manner and follow up to convert inquiries, to confirm business and attend to the delivery of client's requests. We will ensure that you are equipped with a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services so that you are confident to interact and negotiate with the guests.
- Managing all event /banquet inquiries and responding within 24 hours of receipt
- Supporting corporate sales proposals
- Follow up on inquiries.
- Weekly Sales Reports
- Drafting offer letters/proposals
- Sending event contracts to partners
- Preparing checklists and complete management of events with the support of the resort team.
- Creating presentations and collateral for promotions.
Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel sales
- Good communication and social skills
- Flexible and co-operative
- Good English skills
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
