Job Description

We currently have a rare and exciting career opportunity for a professional and experienced Property Manager to join our supportive and collaborative MINT Residential team. We have several exciting projects in 2024 and beyond and are looking for a driven professional to join our supportive team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of Oaks Hotels apartments
  • Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
  • Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
  • Communicate effectively with tenants
  • Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
  • Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
  • Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
  • Preform additional tasks as instructed by the Senior Property Manager

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • A current Property Management Registration
  • Hold a Class 1 licence, or be willing to obtain
  • Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
  • Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
