Job Description

We are seeking an experienced positive, friendly, and enthusiastic Night Manager on a full-time basis for Anantara Muine Resort. You will be joining a hard-working, professional, and friendly team involved in the delivery of outstanding service to our guests. 

Responsibilities: 

-Represent Hotel management, whenever it is necessary such as handling complaints, responding to calls, emergencies, and witnessing/recording incidents.

-You should be available with high visibility and frequency in guest areas such as the lobby, restaurants, halls, and other public areas, and will directly engage in operations where needed. Especially during guest check-in/out events.

-In the event of a conference or event at the banquet or restaurant area, you should check the event upon arrival, check-in during the party, and be present at the end of the event.

-Meet and greet VIP guests.

-Proactively engage with guests to gauge satisfaction and entice their feedback.

-Observe the customer service team members to ensure the quality of service.

-Carry out inspections of areas directly servicing regular guests.

-Regularly check the transport, luggage, and coordination issues to ensure smooth service to customers.

-Keep following the checklist in the MOD report to make sure you do not miss any task.

-Send the report to the GM & leadership team before 8.30 am the day after.

-Immediately notify the GM of any emergency that carries severe consequences, is related to an injury, involves fire and/or safety hazards, death, or the involvement of the police. The foregoing applies to issues related to the operation of the resort, its visitors, and team members.  

Qualifications

To be successful

  • Minimum 2yrs Hotel experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Front Office Operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
