Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join Oaks Wellington Hotel on a Full time basis. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
  • Cook delicious meals
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Keep the kitchen organized and clean
  • Responsible for all types of cleaning, filling records, maintaining food cost, wastage control.  

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
  • Availability to work morning shifts across a 7 day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
