Job Description

Oaks Broome Hotel are currently looking for a dynamic and professional leader to join our Restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor on a part time basis. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bar and conferences at the hotel.
  • Develop and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
  • Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
  • Supervise, train and assist your team of Food and Beverage Attendants.

Qualifications

  • Previous operational experience managing a Food and Beverage team
  • Experience in Rostering, Wage Costs and Budgeting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Current RSA certification and food handling certificate
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, Monday - Sunday
