Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our esteemed team at Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Assistant F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading the Food & Beverage operation of the hotel.  The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance, and business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Led and managed all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.
  • Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained across all F&B outlets.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimise efficiency and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver service excellence and uphold brand standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among F&B teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate or Degree or three years Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years of experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Experience in remote locations and multi-property management is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving financial targets.
  • Sound knowledge of F&B trends, best practices, and industry regulations
  • Integrity and the ability to establish strong work relationships.
  • Good analytical skills and cost consciousness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Competent in problem solving, conflict and crisis management
