Job Description

  • Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of two properties and that you can effectively articulate positioning in the marketplace. This is a responsibility of all marketing professional, regardless of their responsibility level.
  • Working closely with operational head of the departments, briefing, and advising them with regards to design style format, print production and timescale.
  • Develop concepts, graphics and layout for production illustrations, company logos and websites.
  • Determining size and arrangements of illustrative material and copy and fonts style and size.
  • Prepare rough drafts of materials base on an agreed brief.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
  • Liaising with cluster marketing coordinator/executive and purchasing on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and materials is printed to the height’s quality.
  • Build company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant by creating reels and relevant contents and imagery.
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute contents that educates and entertain hotels audience and support marketing goals.
  • Creative lead to help with master creative for spa, activities and F&B layouts of menu’s, new brochure designs printed and digital.
  • Managing digital screens, IPTV content.
  • Take responsibility for your own professional development including strong financial literacy and negotiation skills, brand development, marketing skills needed to become a future Marketing leader.


  • Prior experience in creating content for hotels, and resorts would be an added advantage.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, loves a challenge.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in visual communication, creative directing, or photography.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to achieve KPI and work in a highly pressurized environment.
