Your main responsibility as the Kitchen Technician is to repair kitchen appliances and perform regular maintenances. Your responsibilities include communicating with other food industry professionals and making sure cooking appliances work properly. Also, you will be responsible to complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans, to clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly and look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift. We also want you to actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury Hotel / Resort.  
• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Must have experienced as Electrician and knowledgeable in any electrical skills.
• Able to communicate in English.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holiday
