Job Description

  • Ensure guest safety by promptly addressing any buggy issues and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Make sure all the buggies are being serviced as per the schedule and buggy service report is done promptly.
  • Carrying out vehicle checks.
  • Estimating cost of any buggy damage.
  • To complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans.
  • Manage tools provided by the hotel with professionalism, ensuring correct maintenance and timely deposit after each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all work areas after finishing the tasks.
  • To follow all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation for repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide training to other team members on basic maintenance procedures when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buggy Technician.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive and energetic attitude.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Trackable references to support the role applied for.
  • General knowledge of charging, automotive, and/or vehicle systems.
