Job Description
Join our fun and supportive team as a Full time Restaurant Duty Manager- for our Food and Beverage operations at Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel. Use your passion to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, support and manage the Food & Beverage team
- Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.
- Promote food and beverage sales
- Ensure conference/functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure a profit
- Liaise with the chefs to ensure menu items meet guest needs
- Coach and motivate members of the Food & Beverage team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Responsible Management of Licenced Venue (RMLV) or willing to obtain
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment
