Job Description

Join our fun and supportive team as a Hotel Gaming Duty Manager. Use your passion to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub team
  • Organize, direct and evaluate the Pub's food and beverage service.
  • Promote food and beverage sales 
  • Ensure conference/functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure a profit
  • Coach and motivate members of the Food & Beverage and Gaming lounge team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Responsible service of gambling (RSG)
  • Responsible Management of Licenced Venue (RMLV) or willing to obtain
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive and energetic attitude.
  • Pub and Gaming experience essential 
  • Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment
