Job Description
- Oversee the smooth running of the spa and wellness programme on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
- Create new, unique and interesting spa and wellness activities that draw upon the best cultural offerings of the area in which the resort is located.
- To continually position the spa and wellness programme by offering alternatives as a point of competitive advantage for the resort.
- To have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the resort.
- To assist in the effective and efficient coordination of all spa and wellness programmes booked by our guests through Reservations, Spa, Wellness or other means.
- Prepare and circulate clear information to department on a daily basis regarding all guests participating in the spa and wellness programme.
- To assist with the marketing & promotion of the wellness programme, in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Executive for all internal and external marketing material and advertising
- Work closely with all departments to promote the wellness programme to ensure that we maximize guest satisfaction and resort revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience on a similar role with a 5-star hotel
- Physically fit and good communication skills
- Very good organization and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- A strong understanding of health and wellness strategies
- Ability to develop and implement wellness initiatives
- Ability to develop and deliver wellness training programmes
