Job Description

You will assist the Manager/Director of People & Culture in driving team member engagement, learning and development and communication. You will be involved in not only managing the People & Culture function but ensuring the success of the operation through effective business planning, talent management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey. Also, you will be looking after the accommodation of our team members, hence ideally you have previously worked in an environment where People & Culture is responsible for the full spectrum of team members welfare. 

Ability to innovate, use data for decision making and motivation to create fun, functional and positive working culture is something that we look for from our ideal candidate.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR from international companies with evidence of track record of achievements in coaching leaders, designing policies, employee engagement, payroll management, employee relations and recruitment to name few key people & Culture areas.
  • Strong in inter-personal and communication skills. High influencing skills and experience in working in multicultural environments. 
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate, understanding of HRIS systems. Previous experience in using Fusion would be a benefit. 
  • Strong in driving results, strong experience and motivation in people management and development.
