Job Description

  1. To provide courteous and professional service to all guests and colleagues at all times.
  2. To constantly strive to please all guests that he/she may come into contact with during his/her work hours.
  3. To operate the switchboard in accordance with the department’s operational standards.
  4. To attend to the hotel guest in all communication from inside and outside the hotel.
  5. To answer all Call Centre calls (never letting the Call Centre ring more than twice), clearly and in a friendly manner.
  6. To use the correct procedure for handling calls, including all billing forms, message handling, and the selling of guest services and restaurants in the hotel.
  7. To ensure that the proper charges are applied to the correct accounts for long distance and international calls.
  8. To ensure that all overseas operator assisted calls are recorded accurately, and placed with the very minimum of details.

 

Qualifications

SPM Level

Fluent in English Communication.
