Job Description
Join Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort as a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is your opportunity to supervise the day to day operation of a successful Restaurant and Food & Beverage department.
This position will be working primarily within our Oak & Vine Restaurant for 3-4 evening shifts per week, with an additional 1-2 shifts in either Bistro or Conferencing.
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bistro and conferences.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
- Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
- Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants
Qualifications
- 12 months supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- Previous experience working within formal dining
- A current RSA certificate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
- Availability to work a variety of shifts (predominantly evening shifts) on a rotating roster
