You will be responsible to conduct gardening duties with care and concern for the environment of the property by using the tools provided by the hotel in a safe and professional manner. You will also maintain and look after the tools supplied by the hotel and correctly deposit them after finishing work.

The main focus will be on establishing our Bio-diversity program regarding our Chef Garden, and working closely with Culinary & Engineering teams to deliver against our sustanability initiatives around Be Well Be Iko. 

• One year operating experience in gardening.
